An enzyme-free amplification nanosystem is developed through the sequential activation of DNAzyme amplification and CHA. MnO2 nanosheets, employed as nanocarriers, transported nucleic acid probes, ensuring resistance against nuclease degradation and providing Mn2+ necessary for DNAzyme activity. MnO2 nanosheets, having penetrated living cells, are decomposed by intracellular glutathione (GSH), leading to the release of the encapsulated nucleic acid probes. Utilizing Altmetric, we located and collected COVID-19-related peer-reviewed resources distributed by web-based accounts situated within the Spanish-speaking and Caribbean regions. Employing a multi-faceted model, these resources were examined, focusing on the factors of time, individuality, place, activities, and the complex relationships amongst them. The 6 dates of data collection operationalized time, while knowledge area and accessibility level defined individuality. Publication venue and the countries of affiliation represented place. The Altmetric score and the number of mentions within the selected regions characterized activity. Finally, coauthorship between countries and the types of social media users disseminating COVID-19-related information described relations.
